Supreme Optimization brought us in to help Pharmaceutics International, Inc. (Pii) tell a powerful story—one that positions Pii as the go-to CDMO for high-stakes, complex pharmaceutical projects.

Our task was to develop a capabilities video that captures how Pii transforms the impossible into opportunity. We focused on showcasing their unmatched technical expertise, unwavering reliability, and the confidence they bring to every project. The video needed to answer one key question: why do top pharmaceutical companies trust Pii when the stakes are highest?

In addition to the flagship capabilities video, we created a companion piece aimed at recruitment. This second video highlights the people behind the innovation, revealing a culture rooted in purpose, precision, and pride. It shows Pii as a workplace where challenging projects aren’t just welcomed—they’re the reason people show up every day.
